According to the organization’s website, “The mission of the Center is to provide training in finding new and innovative solutions to the workplace, while improving the quality of the American labor force.” The CEA was established to promote and advance the careers of its members. Its mission is aligned with the stated objectives of the Department of Labor, which are “to enhance the Nation’s capacity to derive maximum productivity from the resources available to businesses and to promote quality employment.”
